There are places of brilliant sunlight, rolling clouds and dusty shadows. Rural, stark, beautiful and violent. Place: Laura and Tin’s porch and bed. An old church. A corner of a dilapidated barn. Junked back seat of a car. All of it in an open tallgrass field. Time: The Present.
