DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Reports to: Managing Director
Department: Development


Summary of Position:
The Director of Development is responsible for cultivating relationships in support of Actors Theatre to generate all annual and long-term contributed revenues. The Director of Development works at the highest strategic level of the organization, leading a staff of 6 full-time professional and support personnel involved in corporate, foundation, government and individual support. He or she serves as a member of the Theatre’s senior leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board of Directors.

MAINTENANCE STAFF
Reports to: Operations Director

Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for identification, execution, and timely completion of facility repairs and maintenance programs of a multiple site, non-profit, performing arts theatre complex.

PART-TIME OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Department: Communications Department

Summary of Position:
Make outbound sales calls to sell season tickets and single tickets to selected productions, and offer the highest standard of customer service.

Acting Apprenticeships and Professional Internships

Actors Theatre's distinguished training program offers acting apprenticeships and a variety of professional internships in production and management. Full-time internships offer in-depth, hands-on administrative experience and are ideal for college graduates seeking transition from academia to the professional theatre or for individuals considering a career change.
